Training manual

This training publication contains examples of “equity and respect for diversity in early childhood education services” in different European countries. The manual describes the framework of the DECET cooperation and appropriate methods to work on equity and respect for diversity with practitioners. The training experiences were tested in different countries before composing this manual. The training manual will be implemented in the mainstream initial training and in service training in the different countries.
